I love the internet. If you read my earlier post regarding Mike Patton pissing off the stage at the Astoria last night you may find it interesting that almost 57 years ago to the day his namesake General George Patton was snapped in a similar act. After the US Third Army took the bridge at Remagan, General Patton whipped it out and took a piss in the Rhine. March 7 1945. What can we conclude from such an historical link? 1. Mike Patton may have been aware of General Patton's pissage. This would put a slightly different light on his actions - unless you were one of the security guards who got a collar full of piss of course. 2. Never stand close to anyone named Patton if they've been drinking recently. Did General Patton's waste water change the direction of World War II? I believe so.
