Sheesh. I don't blog for one day and you guys go nuts. Sorry. I was too busy and stressed to come anywhere near this thing last night but today the world is a better place and I'll make very sure that I blog daily from now on. Well the good news is that I got a new job - permanently. The publishers I've been hanging out with last week made it all official and I'm on the payroll from Tuesday so that was a nice Easter present. Today in fact was the best day I've had there so far. Things are most definitely looking up. I saw 'Best in Show' again this evening. Not quite Spinal Tap but very very funny - it cheered me up after the double whammy of hearing both Dudley Moore and Billy Wilder had died. There are tributes to Billy Wilder going up al the web tonight and I don't have a lot to add. I was gutted when Jack Lemmon died and now this. Dudley Moore starred in a film that loads of people hate called 'Arthur'. I think I've mentioned elsewhere on the site that 'Arthur' was the first video I ever saw and because of that it and Dudley Moore will always be beyond reproach.
