"YOU'VE SPUN YOUR LAST WEB SPIDER MAN!" Last night we watched the original Get Carter (which Frank hadn't seen) and semi-crap 80's horror/comedy House. About 30 mins into House this little guy: crawled across the floor and up onto the sofa to watch the movie. I have never seen Jess or an Australian move so fast. This was doubly funny as Frank pulled his back at work yesterday and was screaming in both terror and agony as he leapt away from our eight legged visitor. The whole thing almost made the movie watchable. Almost. Reading wise - I just got through re-reading 'Leviathan' and 'The Music of Chance' by Paul Auster and am now working through the collected writings of Hunter S Thompson and Ken Kesey - all good stuff. I'm still plodding on with the writing and website update but its all going quite slowly at the moment. Tomorrow I have the 'thing' at Borders, may see a preview of Goldmember and may try and see the new Gilliam documentary as I heard a rumour that the man himself was going to make an appearance... News wise - maybe its time to burn your reward cards unless you want the FBI breaking down the door once they find you don't buy enough shaving products. Mike is blogging to Bobby Conn who will be in London soonish along with Tortoise and Trans Am
