"YOU'RE NOT GOING TO LIKE IT!" So I'm reading more. Another one of my unwritten resolutions. In between Christmas and New Year I got a package of books from Jessa in Texas which was greatly appreciated. I just finished I'm not scared by Niccolo Ammaniti - which was similar to Donna Tartt's The Little Friend but much better - and have just started The Autobiography of James Carr which is riveting. Coffee and books seem to be my cornerstone at the moment. Tonight was my last alcohol fuelled evening. No more of that stuff until the summer when I go to Amsterdam for the PunkPlanet summit. Concentrate more on the vegan thing and actually increase my intake of coffee - from now on its my drug of choice. So its already gone 4am. I may stay up another couple of hours and watch the sun rise. You've got to grab these pleasures while you can. So many friends are back in work or school/college/university tomorrow. No, me neither - but I can paraphrase: "No longer will we wake up in the morning wondering if there is any point in actually getting out of bed and going to work..."
