Let's see... Tuesday - food poisoning. Wednesday - puking, puking and more puking. Thursday - more of the same. Friday - Dehydration and cramps. Saturday - Aching and generally moaning. Sunday - finally out of the house. Hiking around Richmond Park, chasing deer and having a wonderful day with Jess. A thankfully perfect end to the week from hell. Back to normality tomorrow.
