Yep I still feel rough - not as bad as I did but I'm not sure if that's down to the painkillers or that I'm actually improving. In the interests of science I'm going to quit with the painkillers from now and see how bad I get. Fuck being ill. Things that have got me pissed today: Having to go back to my crappy old 56k connection. Back in the fucking stoneage. Still, Jim has made blinding progress with the room and I should be back on broadband some time tomorrow night. Things that made me smile: the news that 'Ann Summers' have brought out a limited edition vibrator in honour of the Queen's Golden Jubilee named "Her Majesty's Pleasure". Usually when you think of the word 'cunt' and royalty you get the image of Prince Phillip. And I liked the story about the company manager in China who sacks any worker who has a mistress; "A man who has a mistress will certainly be distracted and underperform on his job" She has set up a box in the office where you can snitch on anyone getting any snatch. Those wacky Chinese... So for the rest of today I'm going to get some writing done as I won't have much of an internet connection to distract me and yet another doctor's apointment to look forward to tomorrow.
