My friend Fiona made her own little David Blaine in a box yesterday: I think people should get promoted for this kind of thing. Going to see the little Blu Tack magician was the highlight of my working day. But. Then Dais came through and took me to see Alkaline Trio complete with VIP backstage passes. The gig was great - tight set and a small venue and we got to hang out afterwards. Dais had already met the guys earlier for an interview she's doing - you people really need to read BAIL magazine. I have IMPORTANT friends. They are all going to provide for me in my old age. Jess was across town at the Rancid gig and had a blast. And tonight all three of us are off to see Alkaline Trio again but this time at the Astoria. If anyone else is going drop me a line and we will hook up.
