HOME I just read this on the website of a friend of mine: "How many get to make something bigger and better for the town they grew up in and loved and watched die and work to bring it back and make something of it?" It made me think again of the place I was born and why I feel so resentful towards it. Maybe its simply because I wasn't born in London that I detest that little culture-forsaken shithole. Then again, being born there did me a world of good as it made me want to get out as soon as possible. Maybe being born in London would have resulted in me being just another sad face on the tube.
