Two vegetarian Gothenburgers please... Finally got the flights and hotels to talk to one another and sorted out a pre-Christmas excursion to Sweden. We're off to Gothenburg on the 9th for a long weekend. Fly out on the Friday morning and get back here late Monday night. Looking forward to scraping London off my boot and tackling some more Scandinavian pizza. Last time we were out that way we stayed in Stockholm, but this will be our first time amongst the Gothenburgers.
