MORE MOORCOCK The Guardian story I wrote is still getting attention and will until part five goes up I guess. Those of you that remember Moorcock only as a sci-fi writer from the seventies (or reading onstage with Hawkwind) should read one of his recent novels like Mother London. 3 AM Magazine have a good interview with him here: I think America must learn to respect and comply with international law if she is ever to be judged a civilised nation. The future might well be a headlong tumble into some version of the Middle Ages or worse. In which case America, as she currently presents herself, is likely to lead that fall... Elsewhere The Guardian has an article on Shelley Jackson's SKIN project of which I am also a part. On a different note we saw Noi Albinoi tonight - an Icelandic comedy with a dark ending and an excellent lead in Tomas Lemarquis. I have no idea how wide a release this movie has got outside of London but you should go see it if you get the chance... Fuck me if it isn't almost 4.30am again. Mike is blogging to: Alkaline Trio
